In 15 classes, students will be introduced to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and will be building their very website and trivia game. This unit is designed to get students started with HTML, CSS and JavaScript internet content creation. At the end of this unit, students will have created a poster, built a website to teach younger students about Digital Citizenship and built a Trivia Game that synthesizes the 3 languages. This unit builds the foundation for students to explore future units, such as app development. The projects created in this unit will build towards enriching each student’s tech portfolio. In addition to learning programming, students will improve their computational thinking skills, become better collaborators and effective presenters. This course is a great introduction for younger students with or without prior coding experience.

The summer camp will run from 10am - 2pm each day with breaks. The cost for the camp is $345 but use my discount code [bsdtc50] to save $50.
